The RLN West Midlands Team

The RLN West Midlands currently has two members of staff.

 

Chris Everall, Manager

Chris Everall took over from Alan Feely, as the RLN WM Manager in January 2006.

Chris is a language graduate who is fluent in German and has lived and worked abroad for many years.She has wide-ranging business experience across the manufacturing, finance and service sectors and spent three years in the public sector designing and managing UK Trade & Investment’s highly successful “Passport” programme for new and novice exporters in the West Midlands.

Frances Pallett, Programme Co-ordinator

Frances Pallett started at RLN West Midlands in January 2005 and works on a part time basis. She has a degree in English and Archaeology from University College Chester and has a keen interest in languages, having obtained an A level in French and taken a short course in Japanese.

Frances has experience of creating and maintaining websites and is currently responsible for the RLN WM website and e-zine. Her role also includes writing and updating promotional literature and supporting RLN Manager, Chris Everall. Frances is also a freelance copywriter and works for the RLN East Midlands as well.
